Bookkeeping is like solving a puzzle, and each piece—every receipt, invoice, and statement—tells a story. A story that unleashes my top strength, Restorative. Based on the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment, people who are especially talented in the Restorative theme are adept at dealing with problems. They are good at figuring out what is wrong and resolving it. This perfectly aligns with bookkeeping, where identifying discrepancies and finding solutions is part of the job I love.
