Reflect Before You Resolve

Let's reflect on 2024 with a "Year In Review" and ask ourselves some questions.

Sometime between the frenzy to complete Christmas shopping, planning the big meal, trimming the tree and scheduling medical appointments before the year end, carve out an hour or two for yourself. Well before you raise your glass and sing Auld Lang Syne, or go to bed a few hours before the Idaho potato drops downtown, spend some time reflecting on 2024. Your own "Year In Review," so to speak:

1. What goals have you accomplished or surpassed?
2. What still hasn't come to pass?
3. What are you most proud (and least) of?
4. What did you do to weather adversity? Was it successful?

Answer ALL of these questions honestly, objectively and without judgment. If you dare, ask yourself why for each question. Now, in addition to your typical future financial projections, you have a qualitative basis for your business' New Year's Resolutions!
